Mask usage is required for the duration of your time in the clinic, including the massage session. There are ample areas for hand-washing/sanitizing and in-room ventilation including a HEPA filter.

The room is disinfected between clients (alcohol spray on headrest, stool, common areas of touch such as door handles and lights). There is a full change of linens.

Cancellation fees do not apply for COVID related concerns, please let me know as far in advance as possible.

The full cost is $125 for a 60-minute session and $175 for a 90-minute session. Payment can be accepted by cash, check, or credit card. Tips are never expected, but appreciated. Cash or its equivalent (PayPal, Venmo, Zelle) are best.

I cannot accept insurance, however, I can provide you with documentation to submit for your FSA/HSA. (While an enthusiastic partner, I am not part of Rose Physical Therapy Group's practice.)

Sliding scale work is available, email me or we can discuss at your appointment.

You will receive an email from MassageBook the day before your first appointment. Please complete that intake form.

All new client appointments include time for 30 minute intake (we may or may not use all of that time). This time means we can review your reasons for seeking massage and your previous bodywork experience(s), details shared in the intake form, and design your session together.

You will receive an email from MassageBook the day before your appointment asking to complete an intake form. Please do so, with specific attention to the contact information and waiver.

Health and treatment plan information from prior to 2022 is still on-file. You are welcome to provide an update but it is not required.
